Who We Are
Reluvo is operated by Seravon Labs LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA. Reluvo is an anonymous emotional expression app — not therapy, not medical advice, not a crisis service.

What We Collect
Anonymous User ID: A randomly generated UUID created on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or any personal identity.
App Interaction Data: Basic usage patterns such as which screens you visit and which moods you select. This helps us improve the app experience.
Crash Logs: Technical error reports to fix bugs and keep the app running smoothly.
Device Identifiers: Anonymous device-level identifiers for app stability purposes only.
What We Do NOT Collect
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your location
- Your photos or contacts
- Your conversation content (sessions are not stored)
- Any information that could identify you personally
Anonymous Authentication
Reluvo uses Supabase Anonymous Authentication. When you open the app, a random anonymous session is created. There is no sign-up, no login, no account creation. You are identified only by a random UUID that cannot be traced back to you.
Conversation Privacy
Your venting sessions are not saved. What you say in Reluvo stays in that session. Once your session ends and you reach the Exhale screen, the conversation is gone. We do not store, review, analyze, or share the content of your sessions.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Period. No advertisers, no data brokers, no analytics companies have access to your information.
Third-Party Services
Reluvo uses the following third-party services for infrastructure purposes only:
- Supabase — Database and anonymous authentication (EU West region)
- Google Play — App distribution
These services process only the minimal technical data required to operate the app. No personal information is shared with them because we don't collect any.
Children's Privacy
Reluvo is strictly for users aged 18 and over. The app includes an age verification gate during onboarding. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover that a minor has accessed the app, we will take steps to remove any associated data.
Data Storage & Security
The minimal data we collect is stored on Supabase servers in the EU West (Ireland) region. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and secure database access controls.
Your Rights
Since we don't collect personal information, there is very little data to manage. However, you have the right to:
- Request information about what data is associated with your anonymous UUID
- Request deletion of any data associated with your anonymous UUID
- Uninstall the app at any time, which effectively ends your anonymous session

Reluvo is for emotional expression and venting only. It is not therapy, medical advice, or a mental health service. It is not a crisis helpline or emergency service. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of Reluvo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
