1. Your anonymous account

Reluvo signs you in with an anonymous account using Supabase anonymous sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, photo, or location.

2. Your messages

Each message you write is sent securely (encrypted in transit) to a third-party AI provider, Groq (a US-based company), only to generate the Listener's reply. To keep the reply in context, the app also sends up to the last 10 messages of the current Release. Those are held only in the app's memory and cleared when you exhale.

Reluvo does not store message content. The provider is set to zero data retention and does not train on your messages.

3. What we store

Linked to your anonymous account, we store:

• The mood you choose
• Your app language
• Each Release's start and end time and duration
• Your 18+ confirmation

Usage-limit records (your anonymous ID or a one-way hashed network address, plus the time) are deleted automatically after 48 hours. Your anonymous account, and its session and mood records, are deleted automatically after 90 days of inactivity.

On your device only: whether you completed onboarding, and your optional "Do you feel lighter?" answers.

4. Deleting your data

Delete now: open Settings, then Delete my data (app version 1.0.0+5 or later). This immediately removes your anonymous account and its session and mood records from our servers. Because accounts are anonymous, we cannot identify an account from an email, so the in-app option is the way to delete your data. Anything you do not delete is removed automatically after 90 days of inactivity. Questions: support@reluvo.app.

5. Hosting and sharing

Reluvo's data is hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland). There are no ads. Apart from sending your messages to the AI provider as described above, your data is not sold or shared.

6. Adults only

Reluvo is for people aged 18 and over.

7. Not therapy, not a crisis service

Reluvo is not therapy and not a crisis service. If you are in danger, please contact your local emergency services.
